1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the alqo.ca website and/or signing up for our waitlist, you accept these terms of service in their entirety.

2. Service Description

Alqo is a homemade dog food service with weekly delivery in Greater Montréal, Canada. We prepare personalized recipes with human-grade ingredients.

3. Waitlist

• Signing up for the waitlist is free and does not imply any purchase commitment
• The first 100 subscribers are eligible for a 20% discount on their first month
• The discount is subject to availability and will be applied at launch

4. Food Service (at launch)

At service launch, the following conditions will apply:

• Prices may vary based on dog size, selected plan and specific needs
• Deliveries are made weekly within Greater Montréal
• Food must be refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe indicated on each container
• We offer a satisfaction guarantee during the first week of service

5. Liability

Alqo prepares food in compliance with food safety standards. However:

• We are not veterinarians. Our recipes are reviewed by canine nutritionists but do not replace veterinary advice
• It is the owner's responsibility to inform us of their dog's allergies, medical conditions and dietary restrictions
• We are not liable for adverse reactions if complete health information was not provided

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, recipes) is the property of Alqo and is protected by copyright.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
